The Senior Developer is responsible for analysing proposed projects, researching related industry best practices, similar products, and available technologies to formulate a proposal plan. The Incumbent generates reports, pictures, schematics, and other documentations to relay findings to key Miller Technology staff as required. Once a plan has been approved, the Senior Developer oversees project, helps determine and supervise the trades are required to efficiently complete prototype (performing fabrication and assembly themselves when required).This position requires a strong theoretical and practical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic principles, along with field experience.

The Field Technician is responsible for commissioning equipment on delivery to customer's site and provides training for both Operators and Mechanical staff. The incumbent provides diagnostic and technical support to customers via phone, email, fax, and traveling to customer's site when required.
