  • Maintaining, reporting and analysing land and property for clients including Worcestershire County Council, West Mercia Police, Warwickshire Police and Hereford and Worcester Fire & Rescue. • Maintaining geospatial records for every asset that stakeholder organisations have an interest in on MapInfo Pro and Spectrum Spatial Analyst. • Company lead in GIS development and analysis tools including SQL and Python. • Working within the Strategy team to streamline processes and implement improvements to ensure assets are maintained and managed efficiently. • Interpreting Conveyances, Leases, Licences and Agreements to aid in decision making, including Break Clauses and Rent Reviews. • Woking alongside the Valuation, Review and Acquisition & Disposal teams to improve ways of working and access to property information. • Providing plans to be used in acquisitions, disposals and leases building up a network of contacts in the relevant legal, housing, valuation and quantity surveying teams in order to provide and maintain a high level of service which the client and their solicitors demands. • Assisting in the analysis and reporting of the One Public Estate programme with statistical models driven by spatial data and the production of detailed high end maps for presentations and meetings. • Detailing ownership for town centre regeneration projects across the Place Partnership geographical area and external partner bodies signed up to SLAs or as part of One Public Estate work. • Providing advice to partners and other authorities on a national level in terms of asset mapping solutions. • Liaising with the OGC in order to provide datasets of stakeholder owned assets to be uploaded into ePIMS. • Creation and maintenance of GIS records and accompanying My Place (PIMS) Property Database System. • Liaising with our software development team to tailor a bespoke web-based GIS system for officers across the organisation to use.
