I controlled the schedules fer several large multi-million dollar programs, using resource based in the UK, USA and India. I produced monthly program management reports, covering all aspects of the program (i.e. schedule, finances, risk etc) in conjunction with the relevant Program Managers. I also provided cover for the Program Managers in their absence, covering customer meetings, presentations to Senor Management and day to day management activities..

As project engineer I oversaw entry into production of two ducting programmes, Trent 900 and Hawker 4000. This involved co-ordinating component redesigns and qualification when required. I also made trips to assist a new production facility get up and running in Tijuana, Mexico.

After joining the company as Data Co-Ordinator I worked my way up to the role of Project Engineer. In this role I was assigned to the Ducting division, supporting qualification and certification programmes. I was responsible for producing test procedures and reports for the Trent 900 Engine Ducting and the Hawker 4000 ECS Ducting. I organised the qualification test programmes liaising with internal departments and customers. As part of this process I gained Rolls-Royce authority to carry out duties as their designated test witness. Show less
