Paul is a guru in recruitment! He immediately made an impact when joining the TA team at Skills for Chicagoland's Future. Paul worked on high-volume accounts and crushed those accounts when assigned to them. He constantly would bring in new ideas to make a bigger impact with our TA teams recruitment efforts and had a way to put any concerns of challenges at ease with his calm and reassurance of positive results attitude. Working with Paul was a pleasure and I enjoyed working alongside him throughout our two years of working together.
