I worked with Paul to deliver a large international transaction that involved a high degree of complexity across financial, legal and regulatory issues. Paul put in a significant amount of effort and commitment to ensure the transaction completed and I found that he operated in a positive and ethical way at all times.

I had the pleasure of working with Paul a few years ago when I was the COO of Sampoerna Schools System in Jakarta, Indonesia. Paul led our business development and analysis unit and was instrumental in providing guidance and insight regarding potential new projects. As a young organization, it was critical for us to perform thoughtful, due diligence before moving forward with projects. Paul and his team were able to provide financial modeling and various scenarios to consider related to interinstitutional partnerships, new facilities and other related ventures. Paul also conducted a comprehensive financial and organizational review of the entire organization. This review looked at our overall strategy, structure and operations. The results of this review led to our making significant reforms to our existing structure and operations. It is important to note that these changes helped to put the organization on a pathway to long-term sustainability.
