osters trust and creates open creative space, while putting great value on the collaborative nature of his relationships. Unafraid of accepting big challenges, and keen to turn plans into actions he is a valuable combination of idealism and practical execution. An avid connector and bridge-builder, he selflessly aspires to one goal - which is very clear- to make the world a better place for his children, and theirs, from a place of fostering meaningful collaboration towards sustainable social change. If you have the chance to know and work with Paul, you are very lucky indeed. I highly recommend Paul as a co-creator.

Theme : THE MYTHICAL MAN Isolation. Overwhelm. Pain. Inadequate. We can all be touched by these emotions. We wander, like a river flowing aimlessly, with few places to turn. Men are taught to hide, suppress their emotions. Yet, can a man allow himself to be vulnerable, to courageously embrace what lies within? What if men found safe spaces to open up to those around them? Theme : THE MYTHICAL MAN Isolation. Overwhelm. Pain. Inadequate. We can all be touched by these emotions. There are few greater rewards that bringing together the forces of alumni passion, teaching excellence, and the desire to change the world of our young students. At The Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Concordia, our broad range of research and teaching themes are at the same time the foundation for a clear understanding of the world in which we live, while also being at the cutting edge of addressing the challenges we will face over the coming decades. By engaging alumni to interact with and support the teaching and learning of young people, I am fortunate to be able to play a meaningful role in supporting Concordia in achieving its mission of being a University of the future, one that plays a critical role in empowering the next generation of leaders. Working with alumni, but also corporations and foundations, allows us to have a diverse portfolio of potential partners to support us in projects that are meaningful to them and to the students. When you are trying to tackle a global challenge like access to safe water, "ordinary" does not get the job done. That is why at ONE DROP, I focus on leveraging a global network of passionate individuals to create high-impact change. Whether they are helping us to raise awareness on a project, strengthen our community or fund a project that will benefit thousands of people in need, my role is to make sure their objectives are achieved in pushing us to surpass our goals. I have the honor of working with individuals, foundations and corporations who see themselves as agents of change, and the uniqueness of each relationship provides me with an opportunity to tap into a wide range of skills and strengths that I have developed over the years to maximize the positive sense of contribution that I want everyone to have when working with us. ONE DROP - Although water is essential to life, nearly 800 million people lack access to water while 2.5 billion are deprived of access to adequate sanitation. By 2025, 5.3 billion people—two-thirds of the world’s population—could lack access to enough water to meet their basic daily requirements. Water is everyone’s business. All of society’s actors need to be at the table to solve the world’s water access and management challenges. Investing in water projects is good, but if we want to stop throwing money at the problem, investing in sustainable access to water and sanitation projects that promote self-reliance is even better. Using a one-of-a-kind sustainable intervention model, ONE DROP develops innovative access to water and sanitation projects which promote self-reliance in disadvantaged, rural and semi-rural regions of Central America, India West Africa. The programs launched from ONE DROP's inception to today have transformed the lives of more than 1 million people. Help us change the conversation around water - connect with and contact me today!
