I work with Paul many times when we were involved in Arogs's Mezzanine Programme. Paul's role was to manage the contractors involved and to 'chair relevant progress meetings including snagging and handover, as well as to ensure the project was on time, within budget and causing least amount of inconvenience to a Trading store. I set up Pelli Property Ltd with business partner David Whyte at the tail end of 2016. I am a Project Manager and have worked in Retail Construction since 2000. We wanted to establish a company where we could apply the many lessons we have learned and inculcate those into our staff and the service we all provide. I am hands on and client facing the majority of my time. Of course we want to be successful, however we know that that can only be achieved through hard work, honesty and diligence. Eventually that in itself will enable our reputation to spread.. We take retail schemes from inception (an idea), right through to handing over the finished store. We negotiate with Landlords and establish the specifications of empty units as well as financial contributions.
