I hold a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering (2000) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (1996) from the University of Maryland. and am a registered Professional Engineer in the States of Maryland (#26562)and Virginia and certified by the Institute of Transportation Engineer as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer, PTOE (#1287). I have successfully completed over 25 contracts for a diverse range of public sector clients throughout the mid-Atlantic region including federal, state, county, municipal, and MPOs.
