  Started by getting my foot in the door as an contractor through my welding business Specialty Ironworks. Welded metal frames for a new Environmental Chamber 6020 for support and strength to the cabinet to support the glass door. After the frames were complete I was asked to help on the assembly of the Environmental Chambers in production to meet orders. I was then hired full -time in January 2010 to work the production floor in assembly of the Chambers. After a year on the production floor I was promoted to Shop Foreman of the production of product line 6010, 6020, 6030, 6040 Environmental Chambers. Show less
