  I have spent 18 great years at Logan Sports Marketing, we specialise in Sports Consultancy, Sponsorship, Event Management and Rights Management. The journey has seen significant growth for LSM and I’ve been lucky enough to experience some of the biggest sporting events and work with some amazing people and brands in the live event sector. In recent times we’ve build a number of complimentary businesses, including National Fitness Games (NFG). We continue to look for new growth areas, whilst working with many start-ups, global brands and rights holders. Day to day I focus on client strategy, business development, and continue to lead a great team. At the Japan Rugby World Cup, LSM worked for sponsor EY taking a global lead on all sponsorship & event management. Based in Tokyo, I led the EY Tokyo office and global brand team through its sponsorship planning & activation, crisis management, global client engagement and talent sourcing & management. Culturally challenging but highly rewarding, a great personal & business experience. I’m really proud of the work we do for Doddie Weir and the development of his foundation ‘My Name’5 Doddie’. We are responsible for driving income to help fund Doddies dream of finding a cure for MND and to support others in need. Since 2013 I’ve worked across a range of global sporting events; British & Irish Lions Tour to Australia 2013, RWC 2015, British & Irish Lions Tour to NZ 2017, Women’s RWC in Dublin 2017, RWC 2019 in Japan. We continue to work with Tag Heuer, EY, Microsoft on a variety of projects.   After working alongside Mark Morgan on various projects across the last 16 years, we saw a gap in the market for an all-encompassing fitness competition, a challenge for all levels of fitness, and National Fitness Games was created. www.nationalfitnessgames.com With the intent of finding the nation’s “fittest team”, National Fitness Games (NFG) was developed by industry experts to refine the way we classify fitness. The world-class facilities of Loughborough University are host to the inaugural NFG event this Autumn on Saturday 15 September 2018. We’ve all seen impressive acts of muscular endurance at events and races, but we believe that a true test of an individual’s athletic ability should cover the 4 key pillars of fitness - Strength, Power, Endurance, and Speed. This is exactly what NFG will aim to challenge with teams made up of either 2 or 4 members contending across four challenging zones. This will result in us crowning the UK’s fittest team and NFG Champions 2018 in each category! The NFG team is supported by trusted partners who deliver world-leading event management, support, and equipment. The NFG takes pride in offering an enjoyable, yet professional, event that suits elite-level teams, as well as social or corporate teams. Winning incentives include a large cash fund for elite teams, substantial charity donation for corporate teams and fantastic kit or experiences for social teams. The national and international interest in NFG has been fantastic, and this has spurred us on to take NFG to the next level moving forward into 2021.
