Some of my most noteworthy deals include the brokerage of: • A $42.5 million Class A, 260-unit multifamily apartment complex resulting in significant upside cash flow to the seller. This was the largest deal in Hanna’s history. • Harris Corporation’s $18 million acquisition of Xerox Corporation’s former 573,000 SF manufacturing in Rochester, NY resulting in substantial operating efficiency gains for Harris in its new facility, and decreased operating expenses for Xerox by disposing of its underutilized asset. • At Eastman Kodak, I assisted various divisions in the evaluation, negotiation, due diligence and risk assessment of various multimillion dollar divestitures; most notably, Kodak’s sale of its Copy Products Division to Danka Corporation, a $586 million global divestiture.
