Lead marketing strategies and campaigns for the Bonus Arena, Hull. Manage budgets to ensure appropriate reach and engagement with target audiences to maintain and develop the position of all three venues in the entertainment, events and conference markets locally, regionally and nationally. As part of the senior management team I take an active role in the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategies in order to maximize venue usage, income and attendance levels, as well as devise and evaluate marketing strategies for the non-event based offerings at the venues. I proactively manage all digital channels for each venue. I also manage PR activity for the venues’ activities and effectively manage relationships with promoters and external suppliers including media buyers, mailing houses and creative agencies and work with regional arts and tourism agencies to maximise promotional opportunities and maintain awareness of relevant regional initiatives.
