I have worked with Paul during the last four years at Martin Ward Anderson and rate him very highly. Paul is a highly motivated Director who is energetic, focused and passionate about his work and has a consistently positive outlook which is infectious to all those who work him. Through both his commercial insight and the skillful management of his staff he has been able to successful lead his business unit through the recent downturn delivering consistently high levels of revenue from his teams during this time.
