  Performed the functions of Librarian for the folks in the Washington, D.C. Office and helped to support folks in the other offices as the needs arose. I worked with folks in the Libraries and the professionals on the Administration level as well as Associates and Partners throughout the organization. When I started there were eight attorneys in the Washington Office and during the time I was there we grew to 40+ attorneys in that office and a plan for 10 year growth that was projected to 150+ attorneys. The library staff grew from one to three full time folks while I was there meeting the needs of the Firm as it practiced law in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, California and before the Federal courts and agencies.
