I’ve had the pleasure to work with Paul for the last few years in the areas of business development, exit planning and market messaging, as well as customer engagement, competitive assessment, and partner development. Paul is a strategic, big-picture thinker who challenges the team to eliminate preconceived limits to outcomes yet be realistic as to what constitutes a deal. He has made an impact in a smaller company, such as Tula, by capitalizing on his previous leadership roles within a much larger organization. This experience, coupled with his essential skills, allows him to balance technical value, market forces, and group dynamics while maintaining focus on the company’s goals and how to best achieve them. Paul also acted as Tula’s lead person to government regulatory agencies keeping joint, collaborative projects on track and continually progressing in addition to building collaborative relationships. He has provided essential and substantial guidance to our China business development efforts, pinpointing specific customer preferences while leveraging his previous experience in global customer development. I would highly recommend Paul as he would be a valuable asset to a team where he can blend his substantial technical experience and customer development background while formulating big-picture strategies for product lines to succeed.
