  I am in charge of developping new ALD processes and to further improve the already existing ALD tools here at SENTECH. Additionally I am supporting our Sales and Marketing team by offering my knowledge as ALD expert. Thereby I discuss with the customer all their technical/scientific needs and wishes they might have. Furthermore, I support the end costumer in getting their ALD equipment started and offer help for special processes.
