I had the great pleasure of working with Paul during his six months stint at AXA. Paul demonstrated good organizational skills during his course of work. He has also displayed flexibility and analytical approach in fulfilling some of the tasks. I was Paul’s manager during his mission at AXA Insurance in Singapore. Paul was part of a team of 6 ESSEC students and was hired by AXA as a junior consultant: his mission was to create a strategy to implement a unique insurance concept on the Singaporean market. The project was very challenging and Paul had to overcome multiple obstacles: • Apprehending the Asian culture on a very short term period. • Analyzing the market and choosing the right segment of customers for his project. • Defining a strategy to approach this new segmentation (Market study, research and surveys). • Offering a new vision of selling insurance with a fresh customer point of view. • Collaborating with insurance experts to offer a creative, simple and customer centric strategy. • Fueling the teamwork and making sure that everybody was included and responsible for defined tasks. The project has been a success and the innovative work/ strategy brought by Paul and his team has been very much appreciated by me and AXA. My only regret is that these 6 months of collaboration were too short and we could have achieved even greater results if we had continued this partnership. I warmly recommend Paul for his enthusiasm, his thoroughness and his pugnacity to succeed and to create the right offer for the customer.
