      I was responsible for creating the math curriculum for the entire seventh grade. I taught approximately 100 student divided into four sections. I also taught a skills section. The average student entering my class would be 3-4 grade levels behind the state standard. I was able to create significant progress in skills. I played an integral part in the audit process that allowed for the schools charter to be renewed. I attended IEP meetings and corresponded with families. I would coordinate and co-plan with co-teachers. I served as head coach of the schools first Middle School baseball team and was responsible for organizing practices and coordinating with other coaches and the league. I would also fulfill other roles such as collecting revenue and performing maintenance tasks. A large part of my job involved being a self starting and finding things that needed to done.
