I overseen every aspect of the workshop including the management and supervision of Engineers. I managed equipment, it's calibration and PAT testing. I also managed stock, consumables, purchase orders and quality inspection. Holding weekly toolbox talks helped me raise awareness and put thought into the health and safety of the workshop by getting people to contribute to these daily meetings. In my time at Blue I implemented a lot of change and really utilised space, organising the workshop. I met with suppliers to seek who can best help the company, looking to continually improve and simplify who we bought from. I raised quotes and done some invoicing also. I was involved in SOPs, training and the management of all vehicles.

Got some much needed experience from this company as a Packing Team Leader. To be honest i've never looked back and wouldn't be where I am today without it. I supervised around 30 staff and worked to monthly targets ranging from 3-6 million. I worked closely with the Warehouse and Stores teams. I also gained basic level in Lean Six Sigma (yellow belt) and was involved in several continuous improvement projects. Got some much needed experience from this company as a Packing Team Leader.
