      I overseen every aspect of the workshop including the management and supervision of Engineers. I managed equipment, it's calibration and PAT testing. I also managed stock, consumables, purchase orders and quality inspection. Holding weekly toolbox talks helped me raise awareness and put thought into the health and safety of the workshop by getting people to contribute to these daily meetings. I supervised around 30 staff and worked to monthly targets ranging from 3-6 million. I worked closely with the Warehouse and Stores teams.
