      I came back to Gasgoine Pees after 12 years as an office in a preferred location for me as a Senior Branch Manager which was only short lived due to the decision to change career.

      I started off with Mann Countrywide as a sales negotiator and due to the skills I already had and because of how quickly I showed my worth I was promoted to Senior sales negotiator within 3 months. Here I had lots of success and in 2007 I was the number sales person for the whole of the South East region which had about 100 sales staff. Due to this success I was given the opportunity to become a branch manager which I took with both hands. I had to learn a new role completely with no experience and this was the point that I grew in stature. My skills suddenly improved and matured and going from just knowing how I am going to work smartly to making sure my team did was massive for me. From here I went from strength to strength running profitable offices every year until I decided to move on.
