Jan 2014 - Dec 2014
I was employed as an Instrument Technician on the Forties Alpha platform, where I was a part of the Operations/Maintenance team. During my time on the platform I gained exposure to newer types of equipment I had little previous experience with, due to the recent Distributed Control System and associated input and output devices upgrade. I was also involved with the commissioning of the FASP (Forties Alpha Satellite Platform), a new production platform bridged to the Forties Alpha with numerous new wells and associated instrumentation.
