I was the Director of Grassroots and was a Head Coach for the 2005G. I assisted with the entire Girls Academy where I ran exercises, create sessions, and coach games. As a Director of Grassroots I helped create documents for future grassroots programs. For an example, a program that was launched was Bay Area Futures. This program was created for younger players who were interested in learning the Bay Area way and interact with the coaches.

Technical Director - Developed the club's curriculum for under 6 - 10 boys/girls. I oversee the coaches who coach this age group and mentor them under my curriculum. 04 Girls Head Coordinator - Oversee the development of the 2004 girls age-group.
