Freelance senior Creative Artworker and Designer

From beginning of 2007 I worked as an all round freelancer in London, both agency based and taking on private contracts. In this two year period I have been lucky enough to work with some of London’s top agencies, including TAG, The HUB+, Freeform and Burgopak – servicing clients like Sainsbury’s, o2, Vodafone, Orange, Reebok, Renault, Mercedes Benz and Harvey’s - producing everything from publication advertising to DM. From beginning of 2007 I worked as an all round freelancer in London, both agency based and taking on private contracts. Senior Creative

Heavy weight artworking, design and repro of movie industry material including: Dvd/Vhs sleeves, Point of sale material and publication advertising. The evolution of my position at AGI saw me go from a middle weight artworker to a senior head of client in 2 years, my final role was to help coordinate special packaging and point of sale material all the way from brief to final output including accurate physical mock-up of the finished product, trouble shooting design and artwork, large format retouching, liaising with the customer service managers and senior production to make sure jobs are delivered on time and to a high specification.

From initial client brief, coming up with top promotional brochures for all the major companies in the then thriving new homes market in Northern Ireland and the South. Promotional material included housing development and commercial property brochures, press Ad’s, Site signage and other various forms of media. I also took on the role of in house technical support, servicing the new machines regularly and setting up any new equipment the company purchased. Graphic design & mac operation skills acquired and worked upon, in an industrial high turn over design environment. Duties included: publication set-up and design, original design concepts from initial client brief, bringing publications to final print output and liaising with the printers, image manipulation & illustration, scanning, printing, hardware upgrading/repairs and network set-up.
