Having worked w/Paul, as far back as 1998, I have always appreciated his professionalism, and most of all, his fairness, in dealing w/me as a sub-contractor. I could always trust that Paul would support my position, if I was to deserve a change order. There are too many superintendants who would rather "throw you under the bus", for their own agendas, than to uphold a legitimate position of a "lowly" sub-contractor. Paul is a man of great integrity.
