Zinc Bar & Grill was the 1st Conran restaurant in Scotland and was joint venture between Conran Restaurants & Forth Ports. It was a 100-cover bar & brasserie with open kitchen specialising in fresh local produce with an extensive wine & cocktail offering. I stayed with the business until it was sold to Bank Restaurants in 2006. Zinc Bar & Grill was the 1st Conran restaurant in Scotland and was joint venture between Conran Restaurants & Forth Ports.
