• Responsible for the management and oversight of all business functions of Texas A&M's Washington DC Teaching Site, managing the Human Resources, IT, Administrative, Business and Finance departments for Bush School DC. • Oversaw the implementation of internal business operations controls from the ground-up; developed procedures and processes for a startup operation during the middle of a pandemic and in a hybrid-work environment. • Oversaw the successful completion of a multi-million dollar construction project to improve the state-of-art facility. Improvements included the buildout of a 150 seat auditorium, 2 large situation rooms, common area space for guests and students, and multiple conference rooms. The project was completed on-time and on-budget. • Partners with the Executive Director of Bush School DC and the Dean of the Bush School to manage all daily financial operations, and oversees the long-term strategic financial planning of Bush School DC • Serves as a member of the Bush School DC Senior Leadership Team, working with colleagues to set the future strategic direction of the Bush School’s presence in Washington DC.
