      • Jul 2017 - Jul 2018

Opened by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II 2018, the Queens Diamond Jubilee gallery showcases many of the unique and historical objects contained in the Archives and collections of Westminster Abbey. As part of the small team responsible for the creation of the new gallery I worked closely with external contractors such as, showcase manufacturers Hahn, conservation experts, and leading mount-making specialists, as well all levels of Abbey staff and stakeholders involved in this internationally significant museum space in one of London's oldest buildings. In addition to making use of my existing object handling, movement and installation skills and experience, the role has required me to draw on a variety of other skills in the set up suitable storage areas for historical objects and archaeological material and maintenance of object records and documentation, including disposal forms, condition checks, and movement records.
