  I ran the UK Sales & Professional Services operation for Gentia Software leading up to a successful IPO on the Nasdaq in 1996. Gentia was a provider of Enterprise Performance Management Software including the Gentia Balanced Scorecard, Gentia Web Environment and Excel Reporting based on it's own proprietary OLAP database engine which was extremely scalable. I ran the UK Sales & Professional Services operation for Gentia Software leading up to a successful IPO on the Nasdaq in 1996.
