  Mr. Paul Malimi was selected by the International Baccalaureate Organization to guide a few schools in their language acquisition unit plans from June 2018 after finishing training and be qualified as a reviewer. In this capacity, he has worked with more than 21 IB world schools from North America, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia reviewing about 42 MYP Language acquisition unit plans in 7 sessions and the main tasks are;• To provide guidance and feedback on Middle Years Program Language acquisition unit plans, to support continuous improvement of written, taught and assessed curriculum.   As an experienced English Language and Literature teacher in Tanzanian school system, Mr. Paul Malimi is working with the International Baccalaureate as assistant examiner for English A: Language and Literature since March 2015. He examines Paper one marking approximately 200 randomly selected scripts from IB world schools using the e-marking system- RM Assessor and he moderates the Internal Assessment ( oral examination) . In addition to that, he is responsible in; • Writing a report to the IB assessment centre based in Cardiff UK about how to improve future assessments and marking and advice that can be shared with teachers regarding teaching and assessing English Language and Literature.
