  While working as a Specialist Teacher within the Beechkeys Group, I also assisted in the running and development of Linton House (a children's home) attached to the school. Here I helped to set up, from the start, a weekly routine program for the service users. The main part of my role was to lead, inspire and motivate staff to achieve the best outcomes for the service users within our care. I would probably be still doing this role as I really enjoyed the day to day challenges, if it wasn't for the company selling the residential side of their business. Show less
