  In 2012 i followed my passion for Snow sports and Mountain biking and took up a 7 year residence in Canada. O&R entertainment are a multi venue hospitality company based in the centre of Whistler Village, In 2015 i was made General Manager of La brasserie which saw me oversee all restaurant operations and in 2016 we set a monthly revenue record for winter trading.
