  In my two season as the assistant coach of the Greenbrier East Spartans the team had an overall record of 38 wins and 15 losses. Team accomplishments included an appearance in the 2014 Regional Final, an appearance in the 2015 WV State Semifinals, 3 AAA all-state selections and 3 players who received college scholarships. Primary duties included third base coach, offensive strategies, and team scouting coordinator. -Assisted in the development of essential skills and an understanding of strategies that student athletes needed to perform at the AAA level of WV high school baseball. -Developed scouting reports using statistical analysis, and created defensive strategies based off of the data collected. -Maintained facilities and worked with coaches and parents to help improve facilities. -Communicated with college coaches to assist players and parents with the college recruiting process.
