  During my work placement at Northcott, I took part in engaging people with Disability in vocational training programs activities. This included creating job applications, job search and computer skill practice. I had the opportunity to run some of the programs both though face to face and online. The role also include: Providing emotional support and friendship, and Organizing programs of practical and technical instruction, including demonstrations of skills required in workplace, and discussions on theory, techniques, and terminology.
