Prepare drivers for independent assessment and certification. • Set up budget for 2016 for yard operation, including manpower, materials and capex considerations. • Manage operation whilst works were in progress prior to handover by the construction contractor. This required daily liaison with the contractor and other parties to agree and ensure all activities were timed and undertaken safely, with no risk or conflict, and all parties were able to carry out their individual tasks in cooperation or compromise with each other. Maintaining a communication loop was a critical element in making this process safe and workable. • Work with all parties to establish and introduce production targets and KPIs, engaging artisan staff to ensure these criteria are workable, clear and understood. Review regularly with stakeholders, flag up inefficiency and modify accordingly.
