      My primary focus is split between picturing/descripting our used inventory and maintaining over 40 different computer work stations. I Enhanced these work stations and taught the employees better more efficient processes that overall led to more profit in not just the sales department but dealership wide overall. 40 to 100+ pics of each vehicle. Minimum 300 character Description, Custom eye catching overlay on every picture. Averaging 120-150 used vehicles on the lot I maintained and executed uploading vehicles online by myself in a timely manner. To do this I redesigned the picture uploading process to upload the pictures as I was picturing the vehicles resulting complete picture to upload times to go from 20-30 minutes per car down to 7 minutes a car. I audit the website once every two months looking for 20 different items or problems that can be changed/enhanced or fixed. I maintain over 40 different computer work stations, enhancing these work stations and teaching the employees better more efficient processes that has overall led to more profit in not just the sales department but dealership wide overall. Having Excellent proficiency in CDK CRM has allowed me to completely automate the internet lead assignment process resulting in a significant increase in not just our contact and apt show ratios but also our overall sales closing ratios as well. With redesigning the picturing process, website editing/auditing, maintain/enhancing computer work stations, generating Internet Lead tracker reporting and automating the Internet Lead assignment process; Internet Department Profits increased over 107%(See resume for clarification of data).
