I work with 6 fantastic young adults with special needs to live in a purpose built house in a nice little village in Cambridge . The people i support do have learning difficulties , they cannot communicate , only by working with my guy,s i have learned to work out what they need and want at what time. We do lots of different activities with our guy,s such as go to movies , dining out , swimming, and lots , lots more . i personally feel i have the best job in the world . I feel you have to be committed to job because it,s not the best paid paid job in the world so you do have to enjoy what you do, ! smile from any of our guys just makes your day . Show less
