I joined Dentsply in 1998 as part of an acquisition from Procter and Gamble where I soon became Senior Sales Specialist for the endodontic divison. As well as selling products on my own territory I became responsible for the training of new staff and assisting in the UK product launch of market leading products such as Profile and ProTaper rotary instruments. From a zero market share both products went on to become the No1 choice of dentists and institutions within 18 months of their launch.
