Project Leader on Magnetic Immunoassay
-
Dec 2014 - Jul 2016
Région de Grenoble, France I decided to start a startup project on fast magnetic immunology assay. "Our vision is to simplify and accelerate immunoassay process flow providing a 96 well plate like magnetic microtiter plate on which any ELISA, CLIA and FIA assays can be performed with a single 15 minute incubation step. Switching to MAGIA technology will not require investment in any equipment as our magnetic plate is is fully compatible with any plate-reader and will be soon compatible with opened plate… Show more I decided to start a startup project on fast magnetic immunology assay. Switching to MAGIA technology will not require investment in any equipment as our magnetic plate is is fully compatible with any plate-reader and will be soon compatible with opened plate automate. As MAGIA protocol keeps the same biochemistry as existing ELISA, protocol transfer will be easily and rapidly performed either by MAGIA's team or by the customer himself." Santa Barbara, États-Unis I developped an electric 96 well plate, which provides electrothermal mixing of chemical compounds so as to accelerate reactions for HTS assay and diagnostic immunoassay. I developped strong skills in microfluidics, electrokinetics electronics, instrumentation (PIV) and Bio assay (Kinase, ELISA,...).

Oct 2010 - Dec 2012
Santa Barbara, États-Unis I worked on electrokinetic experiment to provide a better understanding of electrothermal flows and also to use them to concentrate and mix reagents for pharmaceutical applications. I studied 2D and 3D time dependent mixing on which I developped a microPIV based characterization method.
