  The Company Sergeant Major (CSM) is the senior member of a high quality training team in Sandhurst.   Officer cadet facing instructor. The role allows you to act as an advisor and mentor for the guidance of young officers. You often have a number of foreign junior officers under your command also who you will need to teach and mentor. As an RMAS Instructor you have to teach multiple lessons, these include lessons such as Drill, Chemical Biological Radiation & Nuclear prevention training, Battlefield first aid and weapon handling. During the advancement of the course the instructors must then teach, mentor and assess tactics, leadership, decision making and planning.
