I have worked with Paul as an active member of Young Adult Ministry in the Diocese of Joliet and as a leader of Spirit & Truth Illinois. Paul is a very energetic, dependable, faithful, and knowledgeable with his work with the Young Adults of the Diocese of Joliet. He is very open to new ideas and empowers Young Adults to lead their own programs, addressing unique needs of Young Adults during this time. He is also very innovative thinker and always coming up with great ways to reach out to young adults in his ministry work.

I have worked with many colleagues over my long career in young adult ministry but Paul Jarzembowski is the one that I not only have enjoyed working with immensely but also, have felt has done much more than most others have done in going the extra mile to accomplish goals for the organization. Paul has been able to take NCYAMA from an organization in shambles to one that can support and serve the needs of ministry professionals who work with people in their 20s and 30s. He is able to make excellent collaborative strides with other organizations to supplement his own gifts and talents and is smart enough to know when to make those deals in order to best serve the needs of NCYAMA. I am proud to work with Paul Jarzembowski and I know he's made my ministry better and holds me to a higher standard that I could never reach on my own. He's also loads of fun, an awesome movie critic and his friendly demeanor is something that you don't often find in too many circles today. Paul is respected by his peers, the clergy, the bishops and by young adults themselves. For those of you considering working with Paul, take a lesson from today's financial markets--it's only worthwhile to work with commodities that are worthwhile. Paul is more than a worthwhile commodity--he is solid gold. Sincerely, Mike Hayes
