I recommend Paul for acting and directing. I have worked with Paul for more than five years on his "Meet Mr. Dickens" one-man show, which he performs at the Riverside Dickens Festival and at a variety of schools in the Riverside area, sponsored by the Dickens Festival. Paul represents Charles Dickens at the Riverside Dickens Festival, where he engages in improvisational dialogues with other "authors" and with the public. I have also attended a variety of shows in which he has performed or directed. I saw him at UCR in "Sweeney Todd," and I recently saw his production of "Spamalot" at UCR. Paul is a fine actor and an imaginative director. He also teaches at San Bernardino Valley College, where he has contributed new courses to add to the theater curriculum.
