I worked on a High-Rise Residential development project in Long Island City. Three residential towers ranging from 42 to 55 stories tall as well as a 5 story amenity building. -On the High Rise Tower I worked on layouts. I worked directly with the mechanical and structural engineers in order to coordinate the system with the building. -On the Amenity building I managed the drawing set mainly being responsible for the development of the project. Coordinating the mechanical and structural systems and well as working with various other consultants such as acoustical and pool in order to create a cohesive project. Show less

I have assisted a contractor with the design and construction of numerous houses. Working on site as well as working on creating CAD drawings and renders from clients. I have been able to see the transformation of a project from two dimensional paper to real wood structure to painted, floored and furnished homes.
