I've had the pleasure of working with Paul for some time now and he's been a huge support throughout. A strong communicator, Paul has an effortless ability to articulate the complex and technical in a way that's simplistic and easy to understand for everyone. He's 100% available and willing to help when needed and shows a genuine desire to get things done. Not scared of responsibility I've always found him willing to put his hand up and make things happen. A valuable asset to any team, Paul has a great mix of integrity, authenticity and a genuine people first attitude.

I had the pleasure of working with Paul during our Retail Business Transformation programme. I found him adaptable and proactive, taking initial requests to conclusions above and beyond the original ask. Paul is passionate about development, not just in himself, but in those around home, striving to educate and support everyone in their professional and social needs. He has a strong analytical mind and can, and does, see the bigger picture. He was a huge asset to my team. All the best for the future Paul.
