Ashley Peele
Paul was a direct report of mine during his time at Blue Ridge Pharmacy. As supervisor of the Delivery department, Paul created a qualified and hard-working team and established an efficient workflow. Paul is a self-starter and critical thinker and would add value to any team.
Catherine (Kit) McKnight
I was very careful about where I placed Paul when I put the class into teams. I recognized he would bring a great deal of experience to a team environment and project and also that he would be a presence that would bring maturity and a light touch to the teaming environment. So, keeping these qualities in mind, I placed Paul with a group of students who had less experience as Project Managers but who would be undermined by teaming with an experienced PM with a strong personality and the need to control all project processes, thus robbing less experienced team members with the opportunity to gain experience as leaders themselves.
