In 2010 Paul relocated to Singapore and set up High-Tech Solutions. Initially as a sole proprietor, he mostly assisted home clients with their network, computers and TV services. Word of mouth recommendations quickly increased his client base. As his reputation grew and his home services significantly expanded, Paul got involved in helping Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). In 2012 High-Tech Solutions became a Private Limited Company. Paul has a background in Engineering as well as IT and is a qualified Mechanical Engineer. Approximately 10 years ago he moved over to IT full time and holds many qualifications including a Cisco CCNA and CompTIA N+. Before setting up High-Tech Solutions his roles have included implementing and managing an IT Service Desk to ITIL standards, managing outsourced IT development, Project Management and Levels 1, 2 and 3 IT Service Desk Support. Paul is the Managing Director as well as the Technical Director of High-Tech Solutions Pte Ltd. He is very much involved in business projects providing his technical expertise in cloud and infrastructure solutions. Paul’s philosophy has always been that customer satisfaction is paramount and prides himself on providing professional and comprehensive services and solutions. High-Tech Solutions is a specialist IT company that provide managed IT support and tailored solutions to start-up and SME businesses.
