A busy role that involves assisting end users from both the West Coast and Canterbury District Health Boards with day to day IT issues and requests. I aim to be as helpful as I can, attempting to resolve as many issues as possible on the initial call. More than just taking messages, I provide a level of service that includes deploying software, administration of two factor authentication accounts, trouble shooting desktop issues and assisting users via remote access on applications they use.
