I would like to extend my gratitude for the role you have played for the IWOCS subsea product line over the past years. We really had some good times working together as well as some great achievements to look back on. With your proven track record as a skilled multidiscipline engineer, your unique ability to adapt and concur tasks both within and outside your area of expertise, and not least your ability to work well with both customers and team members, I know you will be an indispensable asset to any future company you may work for. Thank you Paul for your contribution to the IWOCS subsea product line team, and I wish you the best of luck in your new role and in the future. I hope our paths cross again!

It’s a rarity to find an Engineer as dependable and easy to work with as Paul. I’ve known Paul for 3 years, having worked directly together on two demanding Subsea projects which could not have been delivered without his hard work and determination. He brings a wealth of Engineering experience to any team which I have witnessed him harness to produce some excellent and creative design solutions to challenging and often conflicting problems. You can often tell a great Engineer by their ability to talk passionately and at length about their designs, and Paul clearly fits this bracket. His attention to detail and pride in his work is evident to anyone who meets him and he will always go the extra mile to ensure the needs of his internal and external customers are met. The biggest compliment I can pay Paul is that he takes everything in his stride, whether it’s leading a project, dealing with difficult clients and suppliers or getting his hands dirty when the pressure is on. Paul is a true all-rounder and would be an asset to any Engineering organization.
