Paul is a well organised, conscientious, financially astute project manager. I have personally worked with Paul on a project recently on which we were appointed as principal contractor. Although this was new to Paul, as SHL usually work as a sub-contractor, setting up the contract including all the duties which go with being principal contractor including the construction phase plan and dealing with CDMC's, architects etc. Paul took it all in his stride and was very competent and professional in his manner.
