I worked with Paul in the Client Solutions and Labs functions at Mentora. Besides being a talented singer and motivated social worker, Paul brings a blend of creative & scientific thinking to the workplace. He plays the devil's advocate in strategic conversations and establishes clarity in thought, given his healthy appetite to produce the best. Paul connects with people authentically, allowing him to slip into various roles seamlessly — peer, mentor, leader, and friend. He is an example of diversity-in thought & action. I look forward to working with him again.

I had the pleasure of being involved in the hiring process for Paul Gimenez when he interviewed with the Institute for Personal Leadership (now Mentora). I was immediately impressed with his intelligence and passion for all things in the leadership space, his preparedness for the interview, and his heartwarming laugh. He was a great fit from the beginning as we only hired "kindred spirits" who understood the work and mission of personal leadership. Once on board, I had the opportunity of working with him directly as part of the client service team, and admired his natural knack for making science practical for our clients. I was especially appreciative of his creativity and design thinking for how to communicate and broadcast our message in more compelling ways. He always advocated for new ways of getting our work out to the masses, including creating a newsletter and hosting a podcast - and I've been so happy to see the podcast finally come into fruition recently. He is patient and persistent in helping others see his vision and the possibilities for elevating our work to new heights. He also speaks up for what he is passionate about, and I admire that. I was most proud of his work in the D&I space, where he brought his thoughts and contributions to creating the work that understandably became very important to our clients in today's environment. He brought a unique perspective and effective solutions where previous leadership work in the space often exacerbated existing problems. He really advocated for translating our existing work to address this topic, and helped make the D&I offering what it is today. Not only is Paul a strong intellectual contributor, he is also a joy to work with - personable, easy going, fun, and caring. I hope to work with him again someday in the future.
