I have known Paul for over 25 years in a variety of positions, through this time Paul has shown great management and leadership skills. Responsible for all Residential and Commercial Assets at the International Maritime Industries project at RAS Al Khiar – KSA (site is 12k2). Responsible for all mobilisations to the IMI accommodation of 11,000 + tenants across a range of residential assets (over 150 residential assets). Developed and managed the accommodation management plan. Management of all external service providers.
